The USB Foundation was established in 1998 to provide the bank with an additional avenue to give back to needed initiatives, programs and causes that enhance the lives of our neighbors. The USB Foundation specifically provides funding to programs that educate, transform and enhance the communities we serve. At the end of 2022, the USB Foundation had assets passing the
$10 million mark and is now positioned for greater impact in our communities.

Union Savings Bank Foundation 2022 Grant Recipients
The Union Savings Bank Foundation awarded $350,500 to 38 local organizations, which included 22 non-profit educational programs for a total of $254,500 and an additional $96,000 to 16 food pantries serving the food insecurity needs in our communities.
