The USB Foundation was established in 1998 to provide the bank with an additional avenue to give back to needed initiatives, programs and causes that enhance the lives of our neighbors. The USB Foundation specifically provides funding to programs that educate, transform and enhance the communities we serve. At the end of 2024, the USB Foundation had assets of nearly
$12 million and is now positioned for greater impact in our communities.

2025 USB Foundation Grants
The Union Savings Bank Foundation awarded $560,000 to 61 local organizations which included support of 53 non-profit educational programs for a total of $520,000 and an additional $40, 000 to 8 food pantries serving the food insecurity needs in our communities.
