What do I do if my USB Debit Card is lost or stolen?
In the event your USB Debit Card is lost or stolen, please call 866.872.1866 immediately to report your card is missing.
Can I disable my debit card for use if I have lost or misplaced my card?
Yes, navigate to Cards, select the desired USB debit card, then click “Freeze” to stop all future transactions. Auto Pay transactions will continue, however.
