What happens if a purchase is declined because of my Card Controls settings?

If a debit card transaction is declined because of one of your Card Controls settings, you’ll receive an immediate notification explaining why the purchase was declined.

You can use the One-Time Override feature to approve that specific transaction without permanently changing your Card Controls settings.

The override must be completed within 10 minutes, and both the merchant and purchase amount must match the original declined transaction.

To complete a One-Time Override, navigate to Card Controls and tap on the declined transaction, then follow the steps to perform the override.
