How do I replace a damaged Union Savings Bank debit card?

If your debit card is damaged, you can request a replacement directly through Card Controls using the Card Reissuance feature.

Your replacement card will keep the same card number but receive a new expiration date and security code (CVV).

Your physical replacement card typically arrives within 5–7 business days. In the meantime, your digital debit card will be available immediately in the USB Mobile App so you can add it to Apple Pay® or Google Wallet™ and continue making purchases.
