To start using Credit Score Insights, simply log into USB Online Banking or the USB Mobile App.

  • In the USB Mobile App: Login and scroll down on the homepage and click the “Credit Score” link. Next you will be asked for your permission to enroll, and once you do, you can immediately start accessing the Credit Score Dashboard.
  • In USB Online Banking: Login and click on “Credit Score” under the “Insights” tab at the top of your screen. Next you will be asked for your permission to enroll, and once you do, you can immediately start accessing the Credit Score Dashboard.
