Contactless payments with your contactless USB Business Debit Card are safe and secure as they generate a one-time security code that is unique to each transaction. This protects your card information from being used for any future unauthorized purchases.  And you can’t pay accidentally – your card must be within 1 – 2 inches of the terminal for the sale to register; and even if you tap twice you won’t be billed twice.

And if your card is ever lost or stolen, you’re covered by Visa’s Zero-Liability Policy* so you do not pay for unauthorized purchases.

USB is continually monitoring your card transactions for fraudulent activity. You will receive real-time fraud alerts whenever suspicious debit card activity is detected.
  • Alerts come in the form of a Text, an Email, or a Phone Call
  • Follow the instructions and reply immediately to verify your debit card activity
  • To ensure timely fraud alerts, keep your contact information updated by calling us at 866.872.1866 with any changes, and always notify us when traveling.

Can I use my USB Business Debit Card with a digital wallet?

Yes, you can add your business debit card to the digital wallet in your phone or wearable device, including Apple Pay®, Google WalletTM and Samsung WalletTM. It’s a secure way to pay in-store, online or in-app as your card number isn’t stored in your device or shared with merchants.

What are contactless payments?

Contactless payments use a technology that allows you to tap or wave your contactless USB Business Debit Card over the store checkout terminal without needing to swipe or insert the card. It’s faster, easier and safer than cash and other payment methods.

Why should I use contactless payments?

In addition to being fast and secure, you don’t have to touch the store’s checkout terminal and it’s a great alternative to handling cash. And unlike cash, contactless payments provide an electronic record of your purchases and give you all the same benefits of Visa debit card, so you can add a tip and even get cash back (where available).

Where can I use my contactless USB Business Debit Card?

You can use your card anywhere Visa is accepted and you see the Contactless Symbol at checkout. If it doesn’t work you can still insert or swipe the card to pay.
