Does my child get a physical debit card?

Yes, your child or teen will receive their own debit card in their name, but you—their parent or guardian—will be the owner of card. Using your information that is on file with USB, you will activate the card and set the PIN for your child. Once the card is activated, you can manage the settings and spending limits within USB Mobile.
