Q: I forgot my USBonline password. How can I find it? A: Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link in the USBonline login area, enter your username when prompted and click “Next.” You will be asked to answer your security questions. If the questions are answered correctly, you will be prompted to select a new Password.

Q: I've locked myself out of USBonline. How can I get unlocked?A: If you have entered your Password incorrectly, the system will lock you out after three unsuccessful attempts. To reset your password, follow the instructions noted above. If you are still locked out or are experiencing other login issues, please call our Customer Service Center at 866.719.6654.

Q: Is USBonline secure?A:  Yes, it is. To best safeguard your account information, USBonline uses the highest level of encryption protection available, combined with “intelligent authentication.” We utilize a system of filtering routers and firewalls to protect your accounts, using security profiles to identify you as the customer, and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to provide privacy for all information that transfers across the Internet.

Q: Why do I have to choose and answer five security questions when I log in for the first time?A: These security questions are another step to ensure the security of your accounts. Most banks utilize  "multi-factor authentication" for their online banking systems, which uses an alternative method to verify a customer’s identity in addition to their password, offering extra protection to safeguard your accounts.  .

  • Chrome 15 (Windows 7, Windows XP)

Q: What is the recommended modem speed?A: USBonline’s technology specialists recommend using a modem speed of 28.8 or higher; however, the speed at which you actually connect to the Internet may vary. In addition, performance results may vary when using cable modems due to differences in duplex technology offered by cable providers.
