USB Foundation
The Foundation, established in 1998, provides charitable donations to non-profit organizations in the communities that are served by Union Savings Bank. The bank has made a commitment to make periodic contributions to the Foundation in order to grow the endowment. This is an opportunity for the bank to support local non-profit activities regardless of the fluctuation in the local economy or bank earnings.
Consistent with the bank's mission, the Foundation will make annual donations to 501(c)(3) organizations and other non-profit causes that meet health and human service needs of the residents who reside in the markets we serve. Particular focus will be placed on funding activities that support youth development and education. To ensure the greatest return on our donation investments in the community, direct donations to individual recipients will not be considered with the exception of scholarship programs.
