Union Savings Bank Online Banking Enhancement FAQs

Q: Will I still access my account information online via unionsavings.com?
A: Yes.  But you can also logon to https://usbonline.unionsavings.com directly.

Q: Will the USBonline support phone number change?
A: Yes.  You can contact our Client Services Center during normal business hours at 866-719-online (866-719-6654).  In addition, you can call 800-895-7918 between the hours of 7am and 1am EST, 7 days a week with questions pertaining to the BillPay section.

Q: Are both consumer and business customers affected by this change?
A: Yes, both our consumer and business customers will benefit from these enhancements.

Q: Will the new service look very different from what I currently use?
A: Our new and improved online banking service will look different because it will offer more.

Q: Will my user ID change?
A: Your user ID will remain the same as long as it is in an alphanumeric format (a-z, A-Z and 0-9) and does not contain the following symbols: ~, !,@,$,%, ^, -,_,+,|,., and ?

Q: Will my password change?
A: To better protect you through this process, your password will change. We will be mailing you a temporary password, which you will need to change the first time you logon to our new system.

Q: Will I need to set up my payees list or create automatic reoccurring payments again?
A: All of your payee and recurring payment information will transfer to the new online banking system.

Q: Will the information I have entered in the MoneyHQ area of the website need to be re-entered on the new system?
A: Yes, in order to protect your security, we will require that you re-enter any outside account information.

Q: Will you still be offering the payment guarantee service?
A: Yes

Q: Will I, as a personal banking customer, now be charged for USBonline Internet Banking and/or online BillPay?
A: No

Q: Will I, as a business banking customer, be charged for USBonline Internet Banking and/or online BillPay?
A: All business banking online fees will remain the same.

Q: Will I lose any of the online banking features that I currently enjoy?
A: No, in fact you can expect enhanced, more robust capabilities with the new USBonline.

Q: What will I see when I logon to the new USBonline application?
A: You will see a new and improved online banking application; USB will be inviting you to attend an online demo. Please look for our invitation.

Q: Will my browser work with the new system or will I need to convert?
A: For best performance, we recommend you use one of the following supported browsers:

USB made the change to provide our customers with an enhanced, state-of-the-art service – all the better to serve you.
